Message to Our Customers
March 24, 2020:
In response to the growing COVID-19 Pandemic, Washington State Governor Jay Inslee issued an Executive Order on March 23 directing all residents to stay at home. In compliance with this Executive Order and to support the health and safety of our Jamco America employees, families, and worldwide community, Jamco will suspend nearly all on-site operations at the close of business day today extending through April 6. Primarily, this impacts manufacturing and shipping including routine spare part orders. On-site operation are currently scheduled to resume the morning of Tuesday, April 7.
During this site-closure, we will strive to continue essential on-site operation including AOG Spare Parts shipments and inventory receiving. In addition, the majority of Jamco America staff are continuing to work from home including Sales and Marketing, Program Management, Engineering and Certification, Strategic Global Supply, Accounting, and Human Resources. Email is the best first method of contact; you will likely receive a notice of remote work duty with additional methods of contacting staff.
